Keemun Hung Cha (literally Keemun Red Tea) is a classic tea from Anhui, China. Our Keemun is organically sourced. Keemun is a pleasant tasting black tea with very little astringency.

Flavor Profile

With a moderate presence in the mouth, the flavors that rise to the top are unsweetened chocolate, pit fruit, and a slight maltiness. The finish is sweet and lasting.

Brewing

Brew 1 tsp Keemun per cup of water at 208℉ for 3-5 minutes.
