Lapsang Souchong

Description

Lapsang Souchong is a wonderfully aromatic and hearty tea that is a traditional smoke scented tea from Fujian, China. The smoky essence occurs when the pan firing to set the tea utilizes a pine wood fire. We love this one for an evening cup and for cooking smoky dishes. Ours is sourced as organic. We often refer to it as one of our Colonial Teas as much Lapsang ended up in the Boston Harbor on December 16th a few years back 🙂  For a slightly less smoky tea, try also our Russian Caravan Tea.
