We have this listed with our green teas, but it is not really green tea, though produced similarly. But with yellow tea there is a procedure at the end of production that makes it unique. We’ll call it sweating for lack of a better term. Another tribute tea, this one resembles its green cousin made from the same cultivar, but its taste is truly unique.
